BUT...... you can only use pieces of it. You MAY NOT do the entire interface in Flash. And don't do over 50% of it either..... that's fair. (not really.... but it's as close to fair as it's ever gonna get)

.. ok ok.... how about a flash section/prize then? where it doesn't compete with pure html/gif?.. or maybe a size restraint.. ie the flash page can't be bigger than a html page.. (120k or whatever).. i'll settle for 40-50% flash.. but it would be cool to put the full mettle in and at least have a seperate section.. theres a bunch of flash designers here who would be eager to show their wares..
