Need Good SEO software (Best Money Can Buy)

Trying to cut down on my work load...
any links would be appreciated looking for software under $5,000
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

    The best software is custom-coded.

You won't find any decent SEO software that you can buy off-the-shelf.

The bad part about that is....
When I go to somebody trying to get something custom coded to fit my needs, I'll be revealing my whole gameplan/playbook so that will be 1 extra person knowing what I know...

guess I'll continue to do this the real slow way...
but yea, your right now that I think about it, I've been looking all day for something to do exactly one thing, but haven't found it....

I agree, you can find some descent ones but if the software sells well, it diminishes the quality of all the buyers once they start going for the same keywords. Custom coded all the way.

dude, in this business, there's always somebody that knows what you know, and even more.
So find a good coder, and go for it.
I like the work of TDavid.

Just establish a good relationship with your coder/programmer. Preferably someone who is not interested in traffic or marketing. I'd look for someone that doesn't hang around webmaster boards. My guy just does backends and freelance shit ... I <3 him.

Exactly, plus most of the pages are open for to the public to view source. It only takes a brain and some time to scope out a % of what that person is doing.

I'd still say be careful though

In business there is something called a NDA and NCA.

Any real programmer should be seasoned with both of these.

I'll have to agree, custom coded is the only way to go... If the software was really any good the programmer wouldn't sell it for even $5k...

Find a college student who can code like a champ but does not understand all your "silly" specs. Most geeks -- I mean this as a compliment -- are completely oblivious of the business end of things, regarding how you will apply the code he writes. S/he'll just think your specs are silly, but will be happy to take your money.

Trust me, I used to be this kind of college geek.

Just make it clear that YOU own the code.

How so? I'm the geeky exception. Truth is, I got bored with tech crap. Real geeks love it like a religion. That's who you want working for you!
