By the way... I could be sending Top Bucks 25 joins a day and be pulling a minimum of $40 a pop. I could then turn around and purchase joins from other webmasters for $38 a pop. I would effectively be paying out MORE per join for Top Bucks than Top Bucks. I could shop around finding webmasters and give them this deal.

In no way is this blackmail. I've seen people do things like this before, not necessarily Top Bucks, I'm just giving an example.
