Do AVN and Halycon Condone Hotlinking?

On another board there are copies of emails from AdBrite that say Fusker operates within AdBrite's Terms of Service and that AVN Ads has an agreement to handle adult ads for AdBrite.

A web site run by the same guy (that I will refer to as asshole) who runs AdBrite has a picture section that contains a picture of the asshole with Halycon from FlashCash:

Hal with an asshole

I do not know when the picture was taken.

I have a question for both AVN and Hal. Do you condone hotlinking and support Fusker and AdBrite profiting from hotlinking?

There is a thread started by RawAlex on GFY advocating that you let sponsors know how you feel abour Fusker.

I'm not too clear on what you are talking about.

I know that is a pic of me with Pud of fuckedcompany.com at the webby awards in 2000.

I just saw him last week at SXSW in Austin, too.

But I am unfamilar with adbrite or fusker. And I do not condone hotlinking.

Sorry you have an issue with him. As I said, I have no idea what his business is. Nor do I know much about yours.

Personally, I think there is a HUGE difference between taking a pic with someone and vouching for them as a businessperson. We both won Webby Awards in 2000, I think. So did Stile. I wouldn't let either one date my sister.

Hell, if you judged people by who they had photos taken with, FUBAR would be the most incriminating site on the net! ;)
