on their site they say:
Listings ARE guaranteed if you submit the same quality galleries that you applied with.

so, that's your answer

But at the same time, they have a pretty high skim ratio, so your galleries may be approved, but even with the user clicking on them, he most likely be redirected to another TGP site, so you won't get many clicks.
