I think it depends on the girl and how hot or well known she is

If you're talking amateur, then yes hardcore is more profitable.

If you're talking babe, glamour model, etc. then solo and girl/girl can be more profitable.

That's been my own experience with the single model sites I run.

I ran the test on my own site when I released my first boy/girl sets and bj sets and I really didn't notice any huge increase. It also didn't hinder my site which had always been solo or girl/girl in any way.
