I'm set to spend a month in PV in June... so I'm glad to hear you say that. Everything I've read suggest the 3 best cities in Mexico are Cabo, Acapulco, and Puerto Vallarta. Was in Cabo two years ago and the water was fine. But those cities have been destination hot spots for americans for decades.
