reccomend me a good digital camera...

....i want to start taking better quality pics of the events i go to and so on. i am not a photoG and i dont wish to become an expert. all i want is a good quality digital camera that works good in low light and doesnt blurr so much when i move around.

    my budget is 500-1000

i appreciate any help and advice here as well.

depends really.... do you want an slr type camera? something to fit in your pocket? ...

        SLR- canon rebel hands down
Sony DSC-T1 is nice, great shots, and fits in pocket
Canon PowerShot SD500 also a great one...

best to go out and test them out and see which one fits your needs best...

i already have a pocket olympus, which is decent but its not the quality i'm looking for. i really need a camera that will also help correct some of my mistakes as well and i dont mind if its not a pocket camera. i just wanna take better quality pics

i would go with any of the three there... they have enough options and settings to get some nice shots

thanks bro, but will they be able to zoom in and take a high enough quality pic of a nipple hair from ten paces away?

Hum, do you own a 35mm with some descend lens? If so buy a digital camera to fit those.

DO NOT buy a Kodak or a Sony camera. For an idiot camera, I would look into Olympus or Nikon lines if is just to post pics on the web.

                      every strand

most stock lenses suck... so if youre gonna need zoom, wide angle, all in goo quality find a camera that allows you to change the lense
