Ok so any body have Sam Spade the IP checker tool? Or what other method would you prefer? Sam spade allows you to check any IP and see of it's location, and verify that it is not a proxy server etc. Then you can take the IP and find out which city it is from. Should say about Edmonton/millwoods/ Canada.
