What is the difference between AVS design and Paysite design?

What is the difference between a AVS design and a Paysite design?
And can i use my paysite design for an AVS site

The things is that i going to start an AVS site on one of my domain and i wanted to change that site to a paysite later (on the same domain) so it would be easier to buy a paysite design (and use it for both).

The difference depends on you and your goal but here's a bit of info.

A ton of people build free sites and then "mirror" them for AVS sites. So those AVS sites end up looking the way they need to because of the free site rules. They're usually not much more than a text based entry page with recip and enter links.

Then there's the people that build a "network" of some AVS sites. They'll probably make them look a little "fancier", nice looking galleries to submit to TGPs etc. sort of in between a paysite and a free site. They get the surfers in thru the TGP and then if they don't signup for that site, maybe they'll look at some others in their network until they eventually sign up.

Then there's the people that use the AVS system to try out pay site ideas and get some experience at building traffic sources etc. They make the AVS site look like a paysite with the "join" page goign to the AVS login/join page. If the site does well, they can then make it into a paysite.

      AVS sites promoting AVS system.
      Paysite Paysite need be promoted
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.
