Technically you could do what you described. I'm not going to stop you. It definitely isn't what the promotion is for. The promotion is mainly for our affiliates. It's a nice way for them to make a little extra cash with us. Our way of saying Thank You
We also do it to encourage other webmasters to give us a try and see what our site can make them.
With regards to pulling a hit and run with signups. Anybody who does that is definitely put on an extra high watch list. Your payout MAY be held back a few weeks to make sure the signups were in fact legit. During our last promotion we had a few guys (mostly indonesians) try to pull a fast one on us with fradulent signups.
