Trying to open a new paypal account cause they put "limitations on it" because they are assholes and i sent money for "adult material transactions" and i wanna make sure my ip is different, i changed my regular ip, but i wanna see if i can change my internal, i know what it is juicy thanks now i just need to know how to change it.Signature is for sale!

changing your internal ip won't do anything. Paypal will only see your external ip when connecting to their site.Comment

Ok Cool, Hopefully you are right. I hate paypal but everyone uses them. so basically it's a lose/lose situation. Also I'm pretty sure paypal tracks you with cookies and files they put on your computer, so I'm cleaning them as well. They suck.Signature is for sale!
