I had to read through a few of the original posts again and I saw that you have been paying the model for the shoots, which means you're keeping 100% of the profits...
With Sahara's site we agreed from the begining as we'd been friends for a year before starting the site... She works for free... She gets 50% of the net and I pay for other models when necessary for g/g or b/g shoots.. And the result is ... No problems, as she has a regular income as an extra to all her other modelling work. We do one or two shoots a month for the site, which can be a couple of g/g stills sets and vids at a time or two sets of stills and 1 vid for b/g... Not many guys in the UK can cum twice in a couple of hrs... LOL, or we do three solo sets of stills and vids.
Next time make the model a 50/50 partner which is an incentive, if she works for others at the same time, so she builds a name for herself. Sahara has shot over 25 films in the last 3 months which will be released in the UK and USA this year, plus she appears on quite a few multi model sites. She's also planning a trip to NY next month to work with
www.insex.com as she is a sub and a dom which gives her even more scope to be seen and so draw the surfers to her site.
