    If she said she would only be doing your solo site and she doe another you should sign up at a free host and give away all of her content all the time to anyone that would want to see her. Make her worthless. Show all the members area content.

        These are just things you need to think about for future sites. You can find another girl easily. Just make sure you get her locked down non compete, exclusive, whatever you do with solo site models.

        i know... i thought about that later and even offered her to do the exact same deal steve had offered her... still was just extremely rude and kept telling me "IT DOESN'T CONCERN YOU"

            i am evil enough to do something like that after I made my money back......just flood the market with every picture and movie you have...all for free...and you own it, so she can't say shit...post it everywhere..and when you post the pics, post the full sets and tons of full sets, so no one ever needs to look elsewhere to find her

            that will fuck up her web value for sure

                        If you are paying the model for the shoot, why even tell them what it's for? just get them to sign a full release and do what you want with the photos. If you want a girl to do webcam chats, diaries, etc, and be part of the site, don't pay them for the shoots, pay them a percentage of what the site makes...

                                            first off: why are you paying a photographer who doesn't own his own equipment? Or did you buy the equipment just to keep it under the bed?
                                            You need to make up your mind: use a photographer with HIS equip. or you shoot the content yourself with the equip. that you bought.
                                            Also, if you're going to make a solo girl site, you need a CONTRACT.
                                            To most of these chicks, that doesn't matter, but at least later on you can tell her: here is what you signed, you stupid bitch.
                                            And... NO BOYFRIENDS!
                                            I had a bad experience with a model's boyfriend at the beginning of us making our own sites. So from then on, the girls can bring a girlfriend, but no b/f or husbands. Unless he dude is going to fuck them on camera.
                                            Plus... use Cheap hotels. Holiday Inns do wonders, and they are about 60 bucks a night.

                                            Anyway, sorry to hear. Things will get better, and you now have the experience. Learn from it!

The next site would and have/is going to go smoother. Steve Lightspeed was there once and I am sure he did some similar stuff. Look where he is now. Bigger and better next time.



                                                            PS grovel back and see if you can take his offer. If not fire up the server and start the site going. You have lots of exclusive stuff that should get you on the best TGP's pretty easily.

                                                                    Next time make a contract with the girl that states that she will be exclusive to you and that site, for x number of days weeks or years. Also have a clause that says that if she refuses to fufill her end, and make sure to list the things she needs to do, that she will owe back the cost of production to date, and give up the rest of the site to you.

                                                                            Don't pay for makeup artists, $250 hotel rooms or photographers until you need to (if you really can't shoot get somebody that wants expierence.

                                                                            Let the model bring a friend if she wants - explain up front that they might need to hang out in the other room during the shoot.

                                                                            Don't let anybody use drugs or alcohol before or during the shoot.

Asking for an extra $500 after they just agreed to give you $1000 extra seems like a reach, I think they initially were doing you a favor.

                                                                                                                                                What you should have done is taken the 3500 from lightspeed. Chalked the time you put into it as a learning expierence and tossed your pride aside. It's only 500 bucks, you paid that for makeup and an over priced hotel room. Both of which you could have saved money on. So honestly if you took the 3500 from Lightspeed, learned from it and put that 500 bucks aside to bad decisions the first time around you'd then not have to be asking advice on GFY and buring some bridges.

                                                                                                                                                That 3500 could have gone a long way to shooting content with a new model.

                                                                                                                                                            I had to read through a few of the original posts again and I saw that you have been paying the model for the shoots, which means you're keeping 100% of the profits...

                                                                                                                                                            With Sahara's site we agreed from the begining as we'd been friends for a year before starting the site... She works for free... She gets 50% of the net and I pay for other models when necessary for g/g or b/g shoots.. And the result is ... No problems, as she has a regular income as an extra to all her other modelling work. We do one or two shoots a month for the site, which can be a couple of g/g stills sets and vids at a time or two sets of stills and 1 vid for b/g... Not many guys in the UK can cum twice in a couple of hrs... LOL, or we do three solo sets of stills and vids.

                                                                                                                                                            Next time make the model a 50/50 partner which is an incentive, if she works for others at the same time, so she builds a name for herself. Sahara has shot over 25 films in the last 3 months which will be released in the UK and USA this year, plus she appears on quite a few multi model sites. She's also planning a trip to NY next month to work with www.insex.com as she is a sub and a dom which gives her even more scope to be seen and so draw the surfers to her site.

I agreed to start with 5 girls, of 9 possible. Steve wanted Mandy in the first 5, but I didn't think she was the right look for Lightspeed. The trick is to take full advantage of the "pay off" situations and learn from your mistakes in the "hosed" situations.
