Ascap and BMg charged us at the clubs... they charge fitness centers, hell they even have music cops that go in the clubs to see if you are playing licensed music in them. This is a fact..
and if anyone is using music in there banners, or on their sites and not paying user fees to one of these two licensing companies, KB is 100% correct, they can and will sue...
it is just a matter of time that they come at everyone a la acacia style . ust thought I would point that out... carry on...
