Right on both counts- I'm definitely going to have the site redesigned and I'm not the person to do it! I've just recently realized that I attempt to wear too many hats on too small of a head.

I do need to focus on what I do best (niche content production) and either farm out the other aspects of the business on a piecemeal basis (which would need management ability, which I lack bigtime) or fly with an established operation that already has everything in place; which would include design as well as an existing distribution pipeline, affiliate programs, order fulfillment and customer support staff, traffic management scheme, bookkeeping system, etc.

As it is, I know I'm missing a lot of $$$ because of dealing with what I regard as "distractions"; the things which I don't handle well, since it's outside of my field of expertise.

If I do decide to retain the manager aspect, I'll definitely keep you in mind, Fletch! That's a kick-ass design!!! Thanks for the offer.
