    How exactly do i tell people to submit money to me?

    I'm setting up a NCAA pool. DO i just tell them the email the account is under?? or is there a link i can use

      tell them to send money to the email address via their paypal account.
      The people that have paypal know how to do it.
      By the way, don't use it for anything adult related or they will freeze your funds.

                              My gf's PayPal account has been on hold for TWO FUCKING MONTHS just because some eBay user emailed them and said she didn't ship something to him. It arrived the next day, but PayPal still does nothing about it. Fuck them
