As far as this thing with Grim goes, I'll say this: The guy has been pretty straight with me, but if this is true and not some kind of misunderstanding it doesn't look good for him. Not good at all. I'm not sure why someone would risk their name and reputation over a lousy $12k, which for the average mildly successful webmaster should be 1-3 months income at the very least. Add a zero to that figure ($120k) and it becomes a different story though I suppose.

You even quoted a reply I did on JBM saying that I did not wish to discuss this on a public forum. Second, you have the amount owing incorrect. To be honest, this really hampers my ability to collect on the amount owing from Shawn. In future, why don't you contact me or even try to collect the facts from me instead of Boneprone or other sources. Did you even talk to Shawn? At least get some facts from one of the two sides.
Next, I appreciate the support from those of you who posted in here, much appreciated. Like I said on JBM, I was financing a program that was to be acquired from DragonKing for Shawn to run; I was nothing more than the financier in this operation. The amount paid is not important and neither is the program name.
Lastly, a message to Shawn since you have not replied to my various means to contact you; by section 3(D) of the contract you signed, I have the right to collect my entire payment within 30 days written notice. I offered you a 6 month settlement agreement for the amount owing. I strongly suggest you consider the latter agreement or to speak with counsel about your payment options as I won't be very forgiving and your lack of replying to my emails and changing your phone number is not appreciated. Once again, EMAIL me Shawn to discuss your financial situation before this gets any worse.

I was as much in shock as the next guy as it came to what he's been up to.
However for Joesho to come and pubically do this is not too classy.
Wiredguy and Grim have set up a payment plan to get the money back. I suggest you let those in the loop take care of this matter Shawn has dug himself into. I have offered to buy Grims debts with other people he has "borrowed" from and will collect from Grim in my own manners and ways..
This issue has been exposed weeks ago and is old news.
Grim is no longer associated with myself and private agreements have already been in the works to correct what he has done.
Grim may not have any reputaion back after what he has done, but the moment he thinks all of that reputation is gone and unsalvagable the chances of him making an effort to payback are slimmer and slimmer..
I suggest you let the people who are involved here take care of this Joe.. Not really your place.. Fluffing up numbers and mis quoting things to make the story more firey is also not cool.. As I said this is being delt with. Grim has put many of us in anuncomfortable situation which is not cool. But it is being worked out.

Sorry wiredguy, that this is happening to you, I do however feel that it was a service to not cover this up, and allow false hopes of others that grimshawn may or my not have inteded to scam with his investment opportunities.

Voodoo broght this all to my attention for the first time then at a dinner I took him out to.. The moment he saw something was wrong he wnet to wiredguy as well..
The rest has been all of us trying to make sense of it and resolve it.
Voodoo has also since cut all ties with Grim on his board as have I.. Like I said, the webmaster community is very forgiving. If Grim makes an effort to resolve this Ill be the first there to assist him. But until he attempts to help himself first, no one is going to give this guy a hand..
