I couldn't agree more. Perhaps it's time for general contest rules, for instance:

-You can only run a content for 7 days
-You can only limit its posts to 3000

Its not the posts in the threads, its the length of the thread title... Makes it hard to read gfy when its cluttered with shit.

Well, making them smaller wouldn't solve the problem. Maybe if they limited to 1 contest thread a month per sponsor + the contest couldn't run for longer than a week. That would help.
