I have to confirm the source but apparently there are also physcians in San Fran. New Jersey and Florida doing the surgery. It costs about the same as a really good boob job ... apx 5,000 usd and can increase the length and girth by as much as 1/3 to 3/4 over what a man currently has. (So a 6 inch man can grow from 8 inches to 10.5 inches.)

They can also do weird things like make small ribs in the penis for extra pleasure.

My comment is simple... I have seen men groan and whine about beautiful women just because they have a boob job.

They are already making excuses about performance anxiety. IE: "Oh she looked just like a super model but I just couldn't do her because those hard plastic tits ruined it for me." (Personal opinion: "shut up and take a viagara")

The truth of the matter is they would be lucky to have a chance to get with such a stunning creature. Fake, real, big or small.

A beautiful woman is beautiful regardless of age, hair colour, height, etc.
