    A couple of questions for Epassporte

    1. Are you going to get Chip and Pin cards for UK users? It wont be long before the card is useless here without it.

    2. Whats happened to all the transactions? I have a couple of accounts and no trans are showing on any of them. The balances are all OK, it just says I have no transactions.

    I posted here because I thought others may want to know.

              ePassporte is looking into the developing technologies in the UK. It is true that the UK is moving to a chip card, however, that doesn't necessarily mean that the old standards will no longer work. That would be a real blow to merchants that rely on tourism.

              There are a few accounts that are not showing transaction history today. Not all accounts are affected. OTB (Open-to-buy) balances are correct, it's just the trans history that is temporarily unavailable and ePassporte tech is aware of the problem and working on it.
