I've used Mark in the past and was very happy with his work.
I would use his services again and reccomend him to anyone! That is why I'm commenting. IMHO he loses more business than he gains by not having samples.
Regardless of eyecatching design, it's JMO that anyone using this approach will alienate (no pun intented
) potential serious clients that are simply pressed for time OR just want to see samples
before having to talk to ANYONE.
