But there is a Dr. Stubbs in the Toronto area that performs the penis enhancement surgery. (Yes I know how funny the name "Dr. Stubbs" doing penis enlargement is.)
I have to confirm the source but apparently there are also physcians in San Fran. New Jersey and Florida doing the surgery. It costs about the same as a really good boob job ... apx 5,000 usd and can increase the length and girth by as much as 1/3 to 3/4 over what a man currently has. (So a 6 inch man can grow from 8 inches to 10.5 inches.)
They can also do weird things like make small ribs in the penis for extra pleasure.
My comment is simple... I have seen men groan and whine about beautiful women just because they have a boob job.
