I got a set from matrix content that i licenced to only one site... They say we have up to 5 licences by set but i was thinking it was possible to set them up after we buy it... But when i tryed to license the set to my second site the support told me i have to rebuy the set if i want to add licences... so i paid 45$ for only one license... is it normal?

I used to have mad respect for Matrix. I still have good relations with some of their past employees and owners.....But I would never do business with Matrix these days.

While they might differ from other industry standards, they can make up their own rules for their content, and how it's licensed. It makes them stand out, whether good or bad, but such if life.
I would never buy anything from them either. Although they have some nice looking stuff, I prefer companies a bit easier to work with.

when I first got into the biz, i thought matrix was the be all end all to content houses....then I started learning about everything from photography and makeup, to content and design...and quickly learned that matrix is probably one of the worst places you could decide to buy from....
i have some raw images of theirs before they do their magic photoshop hacking to them...and wow, what seems to be a great phtographer behind the lens, is just a typical photographer with some AMAZING (I MEAN AMAZING) photoshop people....those raw images look like they were taken on a standard digicam from walmartComment
