we are thinking of opening one here, have to drive an hour and a half to get to a decent one
and EVERY time we ever bring it up in a conversation, people always say they wish there was one here locally. It is a pretty rural area, but we would obviously start off with just a small bar to see how it worked out.
anyone have any experience in a sushi resturant that would care to lend any advice, etc.?
