        Well, I don't know either party personally, but just from reading that log it sure looks like someone over-reacted. She could have just got to the point at the beginning and said something to the effect of:

        Why thank you so much for the offer, it is appreciated, however I have decided that I would rather not shoot for any other producer and would rather do all the shooting and sales for myself at this time. I will however keep your generous offer in mind for the future as I am new to the game and things may change.

        Now, like in all business, you may not mean it exactly that way, but you say it that way....you sound professional and you keep all your doors open because no one knows what the future may bring and you want people on your side.
