I get asked often if Phat Servers offers tech support via ICQ. The answer is no, we do not. At first, the person I'm speaking with is disappointed... until I explain to them why ICQ based tech support is a horrible route to go.
Let me ask you guys something... how many times a week do you find threads on GFY saying "is ICQ working"? Several, right. How many times a week do you send a message to somebody over ICQ and they never receive the message? Several, right.
