I just replaced the rotors and brake pads on my Honda, and the parts only ran me about 75 bucks. I thought it would be difficult to replace the rotors myself but it really wasn't. For what it's worth I can walk you through it if you want to try it yourself.
I still haven't bought a camber kit for my car either and IMO I don't see that much difference to my tire wear because of it.
