So where would that put everyone who purchased content from them prior to the new 2257 proposals?

If they werent compliant with the current law as it is in effect, thats very bad for their client base

If they are in compliance with the current 2257 laws, they have lost close to 6 months of business for no reason whatsoever.

Looks like you can still visit their store and buy stuff though.. in fact, when you visit their 'beta' it says on there that they 'purchased' the cdbabes brokerage (along with others).. so what's the problem? It seems they're just undergoing a 'name' change?

If you go to the first post and read the date, you'll see the thread is 2 months old.
Two months ago they DID have that on their frontpage. They DID close down temporarily.

My point is that they opened up again and that they made the right choice 2 months ago.
