Made My First MGP Gallery - Which MGP Sites Are Best?

I made my first Movie Gallery Post (MGP), and now I need to know which sites are best to post it at.

Also, if anyone want to post comments about my MGP, here it is:

You made a movie gallery, not a MGP (movie gallery post), which is what you want to submit your gallery to in order to get traffic.

I would say get Advanced Submitter, and buy their updated database service - it will include a decent amount of MGPs that you can post to.

Pretty nice gallery, especially for your first try.

Are most MGP owners okay with auto-submitters? I have only hand submitted thumbnail galleries in the past.

Advanced Submitter has semi-auto mode. It will fill in most form fields, but YOU still have to physically click the "submit" button. You still see the submit page/form/rules, you visit it. It just cuts down the submit time considerably.

Full auto sucks - always will, IMHO. Easy to abuse, and the users continue to submit incorrectly after any changes to submit form.

I do full auto on some sites, every so often I just check everything to make sure the forms haven't changed and everything still works. If you keep an eye on it, it is ok.

Edit: Just noticed that the movies are .mov format. I'm not sure that you'll have much success submitting them.

I thought Quicktime .mov was a fairly common format. Since I use Apple computers, it's easy to make the movies in iMovie.

I'll eventually offer movies in other formats, but honestly, I have had tens of thousands of Members on my sites over the past 5+ years and zero complaints about the Quicktime format.

I doubt that I am the only person with Real Player, Windows Media Player and Quicktime all installed.

You won't be accepted at most of the places because your movies are on .mov format. 90% of the places will reject you.

I don't think I've ever seen a movie at an mgp in mov format. Mostly mpg or divx, or wmv.

Seems to be unanimous that the .mov has to go.

Check the first movie in my gallery again - I made a simple fix, hopefully it works (let me know):

Kimmy Kahn Motosex - top vid as .mpg file

If that doesn't work, try this:

Jenna Joy .mpg test

Please check my previous post (right above this one) and let me know if you can see the vids okay as .mpg format on a PC.

On the MotoSex vid, I simply changed the .mov suffix to .mpg, and on the Jenna Joy one I actually exported that as a .mpg file.

So does that mean, one or both videos worked on a mpeg player on a PC as a .mpg file?

This is important to me since if everything is working fine, I would like to start submitting my first gallery (with hundreds more to follow) to the best MGP sites out there.

You'll have better luck if the click links are more distinct. Try using different color and font from the other text.
