I saw DOTD when it came out at the cinema in 1978. Fucking blew me away and I saw it about ten more times before it fiished.
I have thousands of horror dvds, from the really sick shit like the Guinea Pig series to all the canibal movies, (canibal ferrox, holocaust etc, but none of them touch Romero's classic horror movie.
I have about every dombie movie available. Nearest to it is Living Dead at Manchester Morgue(Let Sleeping Corpses Lie), and Fulci's Zombie Flesh Eaters and The Beyond.
recently 28 days later is good and Shaun of the Dead is fucking great!
