Both of my Grandfathers were in WWII. One was a waist gunner on a B-29 and the other was a tail gunner on a B-17. Both were shot at and could have been killed, but I was lucky enough to have both come home.
My Dad was an MP in Vietnam. He did his service.
I was an Airman during Gulf War 1.
So as you can see, Bling Daddy's family has a full history of military service. For those that feel you are so opressed here in the US and that war is so "wrong", when you put your head on your pillow tonight... thank my grandfathers for giving you that right.
And as your eyes close, sleep well knowing there are men and women who are out there working as you are sleeping to make sure you are secure in your bed and your country. I sleep well knowing my Grandfathers Emmet and Duke are watching over me. And they're watching over you too... from years past....
