I've liked 50 cent, since 99', when 'how to rob' dropped. From then on, songs like Ghetto Q'ran and albums like Power of the dollar - kept me as a huge fan, even to this day. Now, withstanding this fact, and vouching I'm not some old bias baby boomer reflecting back- 50 cent is honestly, about 1/100th of the talent of John Lennon, let alone the beatles as a collective unit.

I love hip-hop, but fuck, what a sad day - when sales do not dictate the magnitude of your talent, or your broad span/appeal across multiple genres. But rather based on how great you're marketed. Now, I understand The Beatles Brian Epstein was no slouch, and the beatles did start with a gimmick/great marketing scheme - But, these men changed the face of the world, and the face of music. The best. Thus can get away with their initial start. 50? can't. These comparisons do no justice.

BTW - Massacre is pretty good. About 7-8 classic 50 songs. The rest? Need some time to get adjusted/acquainted with the production.
