Why hasn't this internet business been created yet?

How many threads do you see asking for a funds transfer between paypal and epassporte? Do a search on google its not just here its in other forums.

I've seen people offering and extra $20 just for the transfer.

I'm sure someone will do this eventually. I see more and more of these transfer requests everyday.

    Your welcome for the idea

I don't have the resources to do it.

i once thought the exact same thing, but if you think about it you'd end up in such a mess with the IRS and stuff because you are practically becoming a financial institution

PayPal will shut you down in a week (freeze your accounts). They don't like exchange facilities

Mostly exchange providers that started with dealing e-gold and successfully do PayPal in and out with different accounts. It's all been tried before

Well, the Money Transmitters Act doesn't affect online exchange providers yet, so really you'll be paying taxes just like any other business would.
