Shes BEGGING you to take her money; so take it! Offer her an INSANE amount of money to take them down, if she REALLY wants them down, then she'll pay it so she can sleep well at night for the rest of her life.

Bullshit! Define the "right thing". People make decisions and have to take responsibility for them. Why should Shonine take a loss IF he did everything right (i.e. informed her properly on the shoot and the photograph's usage, made sure she wasn't influenced, got releases signed, copies of IDs, etc)? I agree that the nice thing to do is offer to remove them upon return of whatever he paid the model, but if she refuses, it's obviously not that important to her, so why should he eat the money he paid to the model IN ADDITION to the time, effort and other costs incurred with the shoot which he already offered to take a loss on? Doesn't make since...if she wants the shoot to "never have occurred", then she shouldn't mind the payment to "never have occurred" either. This was her screw up afterall.Originally posted by Danny K

I never ran into to that, but I agree fuck her, thats why she got paid. I regret alot of things doesnt mean I get to return them. Just make sure you dont extort her, there was a case down south somewhere, where a guy made the girl give him 5K for a $500 shoot, then when she brought it to him he upped it to 10K. Be careful make sure your paperwork is tight, then tell her to fuck off.Comment

I am just going to remove them and leave the girl/girl ones in the members area. I think her biggest complaint is that they are visable on the tour. I doubt she even has a username and password to check the members area. I really do not feel like fighting this thing if it gets any bigger, especially over replacable content. Sometimes I just have to cut my losses and move on. I would rather just cruise under the radar.Comment

I'm sure you could give her price that would make it worth it to you, i.e. the cost of the reshoot including the cost of hiring the other girl plus some extra bling bling for your efforts, plus the cost of snacks during the new shoot.
