When I managed retail, people would "accidently" drop their business cards all over the place.

The most unique one was made so that the back side of the card looked exactly like a $5 bill folded up.. ideas ideas ideas.

The people that run mall security in any mall in the US are a bunch of idiot want to be's.
My wife and I had some of our clothes at a beach stolen, and had to go to the mall to replace them. So my wife bought some shorts and put them on, and a tshirt. I will admit that the shorts were a little short, but nothing was showing, or hanging out. And my wife was a model at the time, and in great shape. So we walked out into the mall to find some other clothes, and a Security gard come up behind up, and grabs my arm, I turned around and almost punched him, because I did not know who he was. Then he precedes to tell us that my wifes clothing were against their " Dress Code " and that the dress code is posted at the mall entrance. So I made him walk back to the sears store and show it to me. Of course, there was nothing there. I then went to the managers office and complained, and they were sooooo sorry! bunch of fucking loosers.

And Aaron, I think that handing out printed material mayt be protected under the constitution. But not really sure about that.

Seriously, they can kick you out of their mall for bothering their patrons, but I'd be damned if I'd let anyone tell me that I can't go up and talk to people, and pass them a biz card if I please. I'm sure if it was two guys in suits talking in the mall and one passed his business card to the other and security saw it happen, do you really think they would say something? I highly doubt it.
