The trick is to play it safe beforehand. I had a girl "Candy" on my site who I shot twice, made her sign a release both times, video taped her signing them, got copies of her driver's license, ID and Social Security card, paid her MORE than agreed, and video taped the entirety of both shoots from beginning to end to protect against any claims that that I behaved "improperly", but when I turned her down for a 3rd shoot, she demanded I remove her pics saying she never consented to publication(!). I told her I'd remove and destroy all pics if she's pay me back just the model fees I paid her, but she refused. I finally begged her to talk to a lawyer and quit bugging me, because she had no case whatsoever. She finally shut-up and went away.

                                                                                                                                                                                truth is, very few webmasters today have perfect 2257---and the penalties for simple technical 2257 errors are tough, especially since the law was tightened this past year---it's not enough to just put the label up---you must put the images/videos in an index for easy retrieval.

                                                                                                                                                                                now is the time to be smart and be a businessman if you expect to stay in the game.
