1) Superman: he could fly around the world a few hundred times, reverse time until Hulk was Bruce Banner, and then pummel him
2) Even though I can't stand Mike, in both their primes, I'd have to say Mike. It's a different age with bigger, stronger fighters. Rocky had short arms, so wouldn't be able to keep out of reach of Mike indefinitely, and those power hits would eventually take it's toll even on a toughie like Rocky.

I like the superman flying arond the worlf and reversint time.
I'd have to respecfully disagree on Tyson. Rocky is one tough WOP.
