Some girls look sexy when they don't smile and they have that sultry look. This girl needs to smile a bit though. See the deep creases between her nose and mouth? I think that is what is making her look older. I would suggest even a hint of a smile, and then the creases would seem part of the smile and not something caused by age.
She needs help in the make-up department too, so she doesn't look so bland. Maybe just a hint of bands that go to the side (sort of the way Jennifer from Friends had her hair in the final episode but not as thick)....it will give her a more updated and younger look and take away from the expanse of her forehead...which I find I tend to look at instead of her eyes.Comment
