Just Got Back From The Day After Tomorrow

Awesome movie!

So many flicks with lots of special effects end up falling flat because it doesn't look real enough. Once you catch yourself thinking, "That looks so fake!", you're not caught up in the story anymore. This one kept up that tension the whole time.

Now I just need to chill out with a beer or two!

I also think it is a great Special Effects movie

That kind of movies are the best in cinema

Yeah I just got back from it a while ago too. it was really good I thought. A little cheese, but a good story nonetheless.

Great weather effects too.. I really liked the tornados..

The movie was great, for those who didn't like it, well it was more of an intellectual type movie, something like a Discovery Channel type program but better. So if you love learning and watching the Discovery Channel you will like this movie.

For those who said they didn't like it, or that it was cheese, or unbelievable. What are they teaching these days in school? The thing that made this movie jaw dropping is that this is REALLY going to happen some day. Maybe not in our life time but it WILL happen, the more we lose our ozone and the worse global warming becomes, it is inevitable. There are already scientist seeing signs, and are predicting another Ice Age is coming soon.

Maybe some people don't like it cause it scares the shit out of them that this could really happen. I know I don't wanna be around when it does.

Moral of this movie: If we don't take care of mother nature, she sure as hell will take care of us, and not in a nice way either.

I'm one of those who liked the movie. Whatever one can say about its plot, it's beautiful, at least. And I agree with Darkland - there is a blink of reality in this film, that's why it's interesting to watch.
