First and foremost flexibility and features allowing you to configure and run your program how you want.

Extensive reporting (profit & loss, fraud reports, transaction reports, etc.)

Scalability and stability.

Fuck... I should just break down and buy an Ipod.. I am tired of not winning one ;(

My problem is that my 13 year old daughter wants one and if I get one I know she is going to give me hell for not getting her one... I just don't think a 13 year old needs a $250 music player... Adjusted for inflation, my music player was about $60 in todays money.

so if someone signed up for a membership with a site using NATS, got charged, but never got a email with their password, the site's password recovery feature says no such user, and the webmaster never got credit for the sale...what part of the system failed?

note: the account does exist if you login from the member entry page....main issues are no webmaster credit and no emailed receipt and no account shown if you use the sites utilites for account info recovery. the site just switched to NATS this week so maybe its a problem with the site and not NATS...just wondering out loud here.
