No, but someone keeps paging my phone with a number that is not complete. There are only 9 digits in the message and the area code is LA.

so how do you know it is part of the prefix that is missing?

I don't, but there are many less options if it's the prefix than the last 4 numbers. If pre-fixes exist it will be #+16, which means there are only 9 options. None of the 9 options worked out, so fuck it.


edit - I meant to say if there was a prefix in that area code that included a 1 and a 6.

650-659 are very common..but I think most of those are from the 310 area code..
