I don't get to Atlanta too much, it kinda sux (the city and airport).
Outside the city it's pretty kewl.. all depends on the area.
I'm about 45 mins NE, Atl Falcons camp is about around the corner.
It's a little town called Flowery Branch that most people never heard of till the Falcons moved in...
Anyway.. the reason I don't get out much to ATL on weekends is because I usually do paintball on the weekends.
We have a .. real small group of players that I'm sure would love to meet anybody at the paintball field right up the road from here, it's called maximum paintball.
They got an X-Ball Field, and a couple of Speedball fields and a woodsball field (my personal favorite)... but we like em all and I know the owner who'll cut a special deal cause I agreed to help him with some computer problems.
So I'm not tryin' to jump ya party or anything but if maybe some folks wanted to come out and have a little .. fun... I gotta tell ya, it's a whole lot more fun shooting at real people rather than some dumb animal.
I don't know very much about paintball... lol.. but no problem there are plenty of rental guns and masks and all u need rite there.
I shoot a Tippmann A-5 with a Flatline barrel and a 4500 psi nitro tank with polished internals, response double trigger and expansion chamber in case I have to go to CO2. My friends shoot about the same kind of guns... but we're all very inexperienced and would simply love some fresh meat!

Fact #1- There are several of us in Atlanta that get together and have dinner occasionally
Fact #2- From time to time we talk about things other that the adult industry
Fact #3- ANYONE can come, just let someone know you are interested in getting out and seeing other like minded people.
Fact #4- If you are interested in getting together with friends or acquaintances, make the first move. Don't wait to be invited... Scout a place that can accommodate 15-20 folks... do separate checks and has a variety of food. Planned not too early or too late. Oh, and is centrally located 'cause we have people coming from all over.
and then do something I have not done...Post it on the boards so everyone will know.
I have never intentionally left anyone out... or sought out anyone either.

I hosted events at my house and Im not asking anyone to be the cruise director. I am not going to mention names but someone said to gonzo why do we invite tony and mandy to go to sol grosso and he said they only eat at fogo. Not great lets ask them, maybe Im slow but that sounds like we are not wanted. Im not blaming you, it just hurts especially when Jace and I went out of our way to get webmasters together and I thought friendships were forming.Comment

No snubs have ever been intended. As far as I'm concerned, I'm down to have dinner with anyone in the area on just a couple of days notice anytime as long as you dont mind hanging out with a bunch of fat fucking nobodies.
We'll try to spread the word a bit better next time for the larger events, those are usually planned a couple of weeks out. But this thread is a prime example of why most of us hang out on the O with the grown ups though. I had to dig 3 pages deep thru "would you hit it" threads and other stuff just to find it. I would've never seen it had GonZo not mentioned it to me.
But no reason to start a board holy war. The volume is what makes GFY a success, it's just that a little local thread with interest to just a small number of us gets lost in the noise here. We've tried having an Atlanta Webmaster Board, but I think most of us just dont really need yet another board to check. Maybe we should start a yahoogroup and use the mailing list function for Atlanta related discussions. Emails and ICQs always get my attention.Comment
