Madcap is a ripoff artist.

there have been a few posts about this in the past little bit but i will fill those who do not know what happend and what is going on.. He owes myself $ from the site (was supposed to get the cheques from ccbill but i found out that was never set up) and when it was time to pay myself and aj (he did the backend for the network) his father was sick and he had to go visit.. I said no biggi because family is more important..

after about 2 weeks of trying to get in touch with him we finally got him to pick up the phone, we were more concernd about his dads health and asked what was going on and asked about our money (still not a cent) he said that his ISP partner had taken everything and he didnt have the $ so we would have to wait a few days... at this point aj was still working and site was still billing.. after a week or so we started trying to call him again and yet again no answer...

we did some research and found his isp was still up and very active (to the extent of calling and asking for him but he had just gone home) Once we finally got in touch with him again (was out visiting jman) he said it would be straigtend out asap.. we returned (3months at this point no $) he told us he would westenr union the $.. gave us the tracking number and all.. we went to go pick it up and no $.. we called him and he said that that was the right # and it might take time.. we gave the benifit of the doubt because who would give a control # without sending the $... well we tried again and the western union people said "that is a made up #"

we tried again to call him for over a week and a bit and no go... this was a hard choice and i contacted all the affilates with what was going on and what was being done to make sure they would be compinsated...

Now im in the process of getting things setup for the longterm and what will be best for the site and webmasters. I would love to say what is going on but right now its still alot of talk between people.. but i can tell you i am doing what is best for the site in the longterm as well as the webmasters who were pushing me and for future webmasters..
