What are the laws concerning email privacy. I know it is illegal to record a phone call without the other person knowing the call is recorded, or at least the phone call cannot be used as evidence in court. However, how do things work with email. Can a party post complete email conversations on public forums without the other parties permission. What if a privacy signature is attached to all emails explaining the confidentiality of the email as some accounts provide.
