I just posted in another thread about Cingular service. I am not sure if you are getting lots of dropped calls and more annoyingly the phone cutting in and out during almost every phone call several times per call, but I was. I got it unlocked and moved to T-Mobile. Ever since I switched the service has been awesome.

i just got a razr, it's awesome
bluetooth is wicked, camera is wicked...everything about the phone is really nice!
i even got drunk and chucked it against my bbq and it didn't dent and still works perfectly
