this could be caused by an anal fistula ..

I had an anal abscess in April that was caused by a fistula .. the symptons of the fistula can be what you described ..

I went to a special hospital here in Germany and surgery was done immediately after they discovered the fistula .. it's not painful at all .. I only spent a night in the hospital after the surgery ..

If you don't go to the proctologist immediately the pus will start spread through your body and things will get way worse ..
