    Active X cab file with certificate creation

    Can someone recomend a program that can create a cab file with a certification which later call with an Active X install?

    I found some tutorials but they will create a ***TEST CERTIFICATE***
    Need custom scripting?
    Need mutli category tgp script with thumb previews?
