breakup time .. advice needed

This was a long time coming...

Tommorow im going to do it...

I am going to break up with my long time girlfriend.

Any suggestions how I do this... without calling her again in 3 - 4 days...

and not being so miserable after the breakup?

If it was serious, there really isnt an easy way.
In my experience, its best to just cut contact completely for a while. After a few months if you wanna be friends, then go ahead.
Just tell her exactly how you feel. Honestly hurts sometimes, but in the long run she'll appreciate it more then making something up.

obviously you still have feeling for her if your that sketched about calling her a few days later and getting back with her if you really care about her that much that you can't be without her best way to stop talking to her is tell her wat your deal is and then just debt her don't call her don't answer her calls seperate yourself for a while give yoruself a week or two without her and you won't want to be around her anymore

I have to say that there is no easy way man, you have to either tell her straight up, or just don't do it. Make sure that you tell her why, because she would be miserable wondering "why", and what she did wrong. Try not to be friends immediately, it will be really uncomfortable for both of you. Hang out with your friends a bit more, get used to being single again and it wouldn't hurt as bad on your side, or make you go running back to her from out of misery. I just got out of a year and 5 months relationship. These are the things that i did, and it worked out great for me, we both moved on with no problem.
