    Went to court today for pissing on that ATM in Atlanta

    got fined $75

    when I was leaving the jail 3 weeks ago after my court time, the bailiff told me not to get a lawyer and just tell the judge I could not afford one, and then to plead guilty

    i did that...and he was right

    the other guy that was with me that night it happened that got public urination got a lawyer and showed up today too...he had to pay the lawyer $400 and pay a $200 fine

    it is over now, thank god...i fucking hate court

                                                                      jesus you all, get a grip...i didn't actually pee onto the keypad, i fucking went behind the atm, and two people sheilding me as a I did it...i was completely hidden, the only reason the cop even knoew I did it was cause he walked around the atm and saw a puddle on the ground behind it, and out of the way of traffic

                                                                      if I wanted to fight it, i could have gotten it thrown out...they never actually witnesses me pee, they never even read me my rights....they just assumed I did it and took me to jail, over something they could have written a ticket for

Did the guy with the lawyer get a plea bargin to a lesser charge or have the incident removed from his record? There may have been more to the story. So he may not have a record and you do?? Don't know, wasn't there.
